Product Description ?

This replacement part is supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with Troy-Bilt tillers. The drive cable is the cable that stops the blade when the control handle is released. If the cable is broken it will cause the brake to not release even when the lever is pressed. It is a high-quality replacement for a faulty or a missing component that was installed on a new unit. Check the owner's manual and the diagrams of your model for the correct installation of this drive cable. This durable rubber insulated part is sold individually.

    Just in time
A friend asked to borrow my Troy-bilt tiller and wouldn't ya know it; the traction cable seized up. EReplacement came through again with access to a hard to find part and I received it in 2 days. My friends who like to self sustain now have their garden tilled and planted.

For the belt I removed the reverse drive pully and other brackets around the pulleys. To get to the forward drive belt ,also loosen the frame bolts on the frame to allow extra space to remove and install the belts, once installed i just tighten up all the bolts & brackets. The cable simply disconnected from frame, installed cable adjusted and it was ready to start tilling.
