    worm gear key in the auger sheared, and flange bushing busted.

    Removed the snow blower assy. from the mainframe, disassembled it, removed drive assembly from the blower and installed a new worm gear, reassembled that, reinstalled the augers on the shaft installed the new parts in the end supports, and completed reinstalling the auger assembly on the drive system. I followed the instructions that are in the owners manual for disassembly and repair. Also their is a video guide on You Tube that is helpful to watch.

    The belt cover was warn out, the flat idler bearing was noisy. The flange bushing and hex flange bearing was worn out. The adapter-pully was broken.

    I disassembled the warn and broken parts and replaced them with the new parts. Everything went back together very nicely. I definitely needed to pay attention to how things came apart, so I got each part back together in the right place and the right direction.
