To replace this item you would need a screwdriver.
• Remove the rear cover
• Remove the old carburetor
• Install the new carburetor
• Re-assemble and test the unit

This was surprisingly easy - removed a couple nuts and a plastic shroud, removed the linkages and gas supply line, and wiggled it loose with a plastic prying tool. Gas line had gotten hard and I ended up just cutting it and replacing with a new section. New carb went right on without issue. Started after just a few pulls. Pretty cheap repair considering I'd let this sit for 4+ years (and compared to the price of a new one)

My fuel was draining out the fuel tank through the carburetor and going into the base of the engine.

Took off the breather filter assembly and springs and removed the two front bolts on the carburetor and replaced the carburetor.
