Product Description ?

This replacement carburetor is designed for use with gas powered blowers/vacuums and tillers/cultivators. It mixes air and gas before the fuel mix goes to the engine. This kit includes a metal body carburetor, a rubber primer bulb and a plastic throttle lever. Please note gaskets are sold separately.

If the engine won't start and the tank is full of fresh fuel, test the carburetor by removing the air filter and pouring about a teaspoon of fuel into the carburetor. Pull the starter rope. If the engine starts and then quickly dies, the carburetor is likely the problem.

To complete this repair you would need a screwdriver.

• Remove the rear cover
• Remove the carburetor
• Remove the fuel filter
• Install the fuel filter
• Install the carburetor
• Re-assemble and test the unit

Top cover removed allowing access to carburetor and throttle cable attachment
    Removed air cleaner housing
At this point you remove throttle cable assembly from handle
Disconnect two wires that are part of throttle cable assembly part of on/off switch
Disconnect throttle cable linkage at carburetor
At this point you can remove carb
    Remove fuel lines
Carb can be removed from engine because air cleaner housing bolts that you removed earlier hold carb to engine
Install carb same position as old one make sure gasket between carb and engine block are in place
I was able to reuse my old one suggest ordering new one with carb
    Reversed the disassembly steps
    Refilled fuel tank
    Started engine
    Very satisfied with results
Responded like new right out of the box tiller
    Great response to throttle control
