2) Removed the engine cover
3) Removed the screw that was holding the cable assembly
4) Replaced the cable
5) Adjusted the screw holding the cable in to get the right idle

Remove broken cable
Install in reverse order

2. Removed the engine cover.
3. Removed the screws from the handle.
4. Removed the top half of the handle.
5. Removed the screw from the throttle lock lever.
6. Removed the throttle lock lever.
7. Removed the throttle trigger.
8. Removed the screw from the throttle cable hold down.
9. Removed the old throttle cable.
10. Installed the new throttle cable.
11. Reassembled everything.
