It is an authentic OEM sourced item which is specially produced for use with lawn mowers and lawn tractors made by MTD, Yard Man, and Troy-Bilt. This is available as an individual replacement part. A wrench may be helpful when replacing this item. This part may become broken and will need to be replaced.

Dropped the deck, removed nuts/bolts, removed belt cover, blade, spindle,replaced with new spindle assy, belt cover, blade.

Stripped down deck, replaced all parts, pulleys, spindles, blades, guards, guides, belt, brakes, drilled an retapped belt guard holes. All parts from ereplacementparts worked perfect. Thank you
