Removed/replaced saw fence adjustable base. Four star screws held fence and single nut held base. removed and installed. Easy as that. Ereplacementparts really seems to understand that I make my living with these tools. Complete selection and RAPID shipping. Great to know. I have tossed expensive tools that I should have fixed in the past. Never again.

First remove the two screws from each side of fence then remove the screw from the kerf plats last there will be one bolt to remove before top and bottom separate. Once separated take out old wear plate and replace with new one and repeat steps from last to first to put saw back together and that’s it! Very simple repair and fixed the issue

Removed fence, removed Kerf boards, removed pivot bolt nut, lifted saw from base, removed old wear plate, properly placed new wear plate, aligned saw back to base, lightly snugged pivot bolt nut, checked miter base rotation ( pivot bolt nut too tight base will not rotate, too loose and saw will wobble on base, cuts won't be accurate) replace new kerf boards, reattach fence, oh and for the ones that need to be told....always unplug the saw before you work on it!!!

    Removed drive belt
    Removed motor cover with armature
    Removed armature from housing
Used bearing separator and press to remove drive pulley, then damaged bearing.
Inner race of bearing was very tight so we thinned it with a carbide burr and broke it off the shaft
Retaining screw for drive pulley was installed with Loctite, had to heat to soften Loctite and remove.
Only the large bearing was bad but I replaced both while apart
    Reassembled in reverse order.
    Helpful to have some experience
