Removed the clamp from the old hose, discarded the hose
Placed the clamps on the new hose, then tightened them up

The vacuum hose on the head of the sander had a hole

I removed the old clamps on both ends of the hose ,then removed the old hose . I attached the new hose on both ends ,then attached the clamps to the ends of the hose

Brushes were worn out and vacuum hose busted

Remove hose clamps by lightly prying with screwdriver
Replace hose and reuse clamps
Remove housing screws
Remove two screws that hold brushes
Remove one screw that holds brush and replace brush put screw back in then two that hold the brush housing
Repeat for other brush
Put screws back in housing
Done
Replace hose and reuse clamps
