The drive drum on bench sander was vibrating wildly
Print out exploded parts list to get general idea of disassembly sequence. Remove parts until bearing and bracket are free. Press bearing out of bracket, press new bearing back into bracket. Reassemble in reverse order. Belt now tracks correctly and machine runs smoothly.

Main bearing was frozen.
Removed the base plate.
Removed the screw holding the bearing.
Installed new bearing and replaced existing screw.
Installed dust ring.
Reinstalled the base plate.

Bearing went bad then shredded the belt.
1. Remove sanding disc platform
2. Removed sanding disc plate by loosening set screw and carefully prying off.
3. Removed screws and belt guard.
4. R&R belt.
5. Reverse of steps 3, 2, 1
6. Unscrewed bearing housing cover
7. Removed bearing from belt shaft
8. Placed new bearing on belt shaft.
9. Replaced bearing housing cover a
10. Aligned belt.

old sealed bearing lost grease, and began jamming
removed sanding pad assembly, and intalled new bearing unto motor shaft.

Part of the Plastic hub of the platen broke and vibration would not transfer from the body to the sandpaper
1 Removed the screws in the sanding plate and the platen
2 Removed the platen
3 Removed the bearing
4 Replaced the bearing
5 Took the sandpaper wire holders from the old platen and installed in the new platen
6 Screwed the platen and the sanding plate back in place

7 Turned the sander back on to validate that it was fixed

my offset router base needed new bearings
Remove the C clip, pull out the shaft, tap out the top and bottom bearings, Install new bearings and reassemble the shaft and clip.

Broken platen
Installed new platen,new bearing and dust seal. Replaced 6 screws and job was done.

The main bearing on the Armature was bad
Disassembled the whole saw removed the armature, removed the bearing off the armature and reassemble the hole saw. Not a amateurs project at all.

Faulty bearing.
Took off the bottom pad and pulled off the bearing. Replaced with the new and reassembled.
