Needed slight modification for my needs but works well now. Not a fan of the answering machine approach at iGlobal.

    1. The parts that I needed were listed as obsolete for the 14" Rigid bandsaw. Somehow landed on the fact that the Jet 14" saw design was the identical. Even the exploded parts diagrams were identical.
    2. Received the parts in a timely fashion.
    3. Installation was a no brainer.

Removed table, removed broken parts, installed parts order from Ereplacement Parts. Reinstalled table and checked for level, all good.
NOTE: This is a Ridgid Bandsaw (BS14002). The parts needed to repair were obsolete. From previous experience I learned that some Jet Bandsaw parts will work on the Ridgid. This is what I ordered and they matched perfectly.

Removed Band saw table, and disassembled trunnions to retrieve the clamp shoe. Replaced clamp shoe and reassemble. Only one modification was needed. I used a Dremel with a knurled grinding bit to relieve some clearance inside the hex profile in the shoe for the head of the bolt to fit properly. The hex shape of the shoe was a very tight fit with the bolt head inserted, and the risk is the shoe will break once tightened if I hadn't given it some clearance... Took 1 min to make the alteration and 3 min to reinstall the whole table back onto the band saw.

Since I had taken the shoe assembly apart to see the amount of damage and kept the intact parts in order it was no problem to reassemble the assembly after receiving the new parts.
