| This is a genuine OEM replacement table Insert used on Jet band saws. Table Saw Inserts reduce splintering and chip-out on the cuts. It also prevents thin slices of wood from jamming in between the blade and the plate during a cut. If an insert is missing or damaged it needs to be replaced. table broke off saw when saw fell out of the back of my pickup truck.
Removed the broken trunnions from the table and replaced them. Replaced the clamp shoes also. Reinstalled the table and adjusted to to perpendicular to the saw blade.

Bracket holding the lower guide bearing came loose
Remove table,removed blade, removed tires, replaced bearings and added bushing and larger washers to hold lower bracket in place. install new tires top & down, installed new blade, realigned bearing guides, blade on the tires, reinstall table, back to work

Lost table insert and bad tire.
Cleaned insert location and lightly tapped table insert into place with hammer after removing blade.
Tire required using hand force to slide it into place on the upper saw wheel.

The table support and adjusters were broken.
1. Removed the table off the saw.
2. Removed the broken parts.
3. Replace them with the new ones.

The original part fell apart due to age.
I have an older Jet 14 inch bandsaw and the newer part replacement fit PERFICTLY!
