  • Easy Repair
I have ordered from you before but it's been years, I think. As with the last time I ordered and this time, both parts have arrived incredibly fast. The part was as described and fit according to your website. The instructions provided with the part were accurate and easy to follow. The only recommendation I would provide is with threaded components, use teflon (sp?) tape if available. Overall, great company that provides parts that actually fit the recipient part and if I needed assistance with the correct part, as I did the previous order to this one, your company actually provided a live, air breathing human being! Will absolutely order from you again!

    Great Service, Friendly Knowledgeable People!
The service was great the rep that took care of me was knowledgeable and very helpful. The part numbers were different because they had been changed by the manufacturer. The new part fit exactly as did the old one and worked just fine. Service was fast and I received it very fast. I highly recommend these folks. My garage door opener has a new life thanks to them.

Questions & Answers for Chemical Injection Kit

In what order do the spring, ball, and seat go into brass fitting?
    George asked on 2022-10-31
Hello George, Thank you for the question. The parts are installed with the brass fitting then the Rubber Seal, Metal Ball and then the Spring. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

This was for a Troy Built (Briggs & Stratton) 2700 psi pressure washer. The repair would seem simple. We ordered the Chemical Injection Kit "E" part # 192914GS - basically a brass fitting with o-ring, spring and ball bearing that fits into the main unit. A hose is attached to the brass fitting leading to the chemical bottle - where we also replaced the rubber/plastic cutoff valve.

I used a 10 mm wrench to take the brass fitting off and inserted the 0-ring, spring, and steel ball into the housing. Replaced the fitting and insert the feed tube onto the fitting. I started the machine and put the low pressure nozzle on the wand and presto. The soap now dispenses. Great customer service to you guys. Thanks for telling me the truth about what to do to make my machine work again.
