It's a bolt.
As always, this is the correct part. Shipping was a bit pricy and took longer than expected, but it was a USPS delay, most likely. I trust this will give my mower another season, as it gets treated pretty rough.
I will also add, this is a fantastic site to to get the correct parts.

Got the parts and the mower is running just in time
The Husqvarna mower for Averill House Vineyard lost three or its four engine bolts and created a mess of the belt. when idling it looked normal so we never thought it was the problem. Now with the new bolts and belt the Vineyard is looking good!
