Mandrell tower had broken when bearing went out on mandrel.

Tools Used
Power Drill, Socket set, Nutdriver, Adjustable Wrench, Breaker bar to remove 4 old mandrel bolts.
2. Loosened belt with tension lever on upper left side of deck.
3. Removed cowling over mandrel (2 screws).
4. Removed 4 bolts that secure mandrel to mower deck. Had to snap these off as they had "welded" to the deck. No problem as new ones were provided. Mandrell tower with blade still attached falls out with removal of last bolt. The skirt ring under deck that protects lower bearing will come off as well, replace when putting the mandrel back in place.
5. Swapped out all blades, putting a new blade on the new mandrel. Bolted (with 4 new enclosed bolts) new mandrel assembly to the under deck as it was removed. Remember to tighten top bolt of mandrel.
6. Replaced cowlings.
7. Mowed yard, worked great.
Product was a perfect replacement for the OEM mandrel.
