Item looked great for the price! Unfortunately, the thread size was too large. I needed a 3/8" size which this is not. It would be nice if they provided a little more info on this but they do not. I have since reordered and got the right one.

Not the correct side handle
Despite putting in the model number of the drill the wrong side handle was sent. Contrary to information received from your rep. the side handle was not discontinued, just renumbered. Milwaukee sent the correct side handle. I am out the cost of your side handle and postage as it would cost more to send it back than the item was worth.
