Tightened Chuck as best I could onto the small end of a large allen wrench.
Laid tool flat on a table and hit allen wrench hard one time to dislodge chuck. (Standard Tread)
Screwed off the old chuck and screwed on new chuck and installed new internal screw.
Easy!
