The replacement part had the correct part number but did not fit my Snapper mower. It was missing a hole that I had to drill for the pin that goes through the handle.

Parts Used
Pry the rusted push cap off the pin that attaches the clutch handle.
Removed the pin.
Removed the clutch handle from the mower frame.
Removed the clutch cable from the old broken clutch handle.
Install:
Drilled a missing hole for retainer pin.
Attached the clutch cable to the new handle.
Placed the new handle onto the mower frame.
Replaced the pin that holds the clutch handle to the mower frame.
Replaced push cap retainer onto attachment pin using an arc-joint pliers.
front axle, wheel adjustment brackets and drive bearings were all worn and decals in bad shape.

The poly v-belt was coated with Alcohol so it would slide between handle frame and pulley. A small crow bar was used to stretch the engine dive belt so the pulley could be put back in place. All other procedures were routine.

2. Removed the defective clutch handle and detached the clutch cable.
3. Attached the clutch cable to the new clutch handle.
4. Set the clutch handle in place, inserted the pin, and pressed on the pressure nut.
5. Repair complete and mower ready to work.
