When tighening the Allen screw the Guide Block broke at the threaded whole.

Screwdriver, Wrench Set

1. Remove the blade.
2. Unscrew the metric screw with the provided metric wrench with the Band Saw.
3. Remove the broken Guide Block and push out the broken piece with a small screw driver.
4. Install the replacement Guide Block.
5. Insert screw and tighten with metric wrench. Do not over tighten metric screw.
6. Align pins accordingly so the blade is centered between the two pins (1/32" to 1/16" each side).
7. Reinstall Blade and center onto tires and recalibrate if needed.

Handle broke off lock screw/guide block broke at screw

Removed existing lock screw, replaced it with new one. Done.
Inserted new guide block, put in screw, tightened and adjusted. Done.
Have not replaced tires yet. Cleaned existing ones and they seem to be fine for now. I really just wanted to have them on hand for when I did need to replace them.

The guide block broke where the mounting screw attached it to the machine

Removed the defective part and removed the two guides put them into the new guide mount and put the Mount back in the machine screwed it in place adjusted the two guides and that was it.

I over tightened the upper guide so it broke in half.
