    Wonderful experience
I got exactly what I needed to fix my Rigid shop vacuum. I had no luck going through Home Depot and Rigid. The person who took my order knew exactly what I needed and it was so inexpensive, I even bought a spare! Thank you!

    Helpful reps
I spoke to reps on two occasions. They were super helpful both times and made this part replacement process as simple for me as they could.

    wheel didn't fit
The wheel that came with the replacement caster did not stay in the caster. My husband put some plumbers tape on the metal stem of the wheel and we are now able to use it. Disappointed that the wheel was not tested before sending it to us.

Rigid Shop Vac Model WD16360 (5.0 HP 16 gal) lost a caster assembly which is listed as NLA

Located a caster body that looked like it would work since my model says casters are NLA. Foot caster 29833 and Caster 29823 fit perfectly. Push caster post hard into foot to make it click into place. Requires a little effort, but caster foot goes right onto a Model WD16360 Rigid wet vac. Excellent repair
