    Difficulty

    Expert

    Time

    15-30 minutes

    Tools Used

    Screwdriver

Removed the carburetor, broke down the carburetor sections and cleaned. Replace needle valve as it was sticking. reassembled using the new parts in the repair kit. reattached the carburetor to the engine. replaced the air cleaner element that was breaking down with new element. Engine started and ran nicely on the second pull. Tested the throttle to see that full speed could be achieved without stalling. The hardest part was replacing the needle valve and spring due the small size of the parts in these types of carburetors.
