Rotated the cutterhead clockwise to remove it
Installed the new cutterhead by rotating it counterclockwise

Placed screwdriver or Allen wrench in hole by trimmer head.
Head rotates to the right to remove (reverse threaded).
Remove old head, placed new one on. Again, reversed threads, to the left to tighten on.
