1. Removed 1/2 of the handle
2. Used small flat head to disconnect exiting cord from trigger
3. Removed ground wire
4. Installed new cord protector and cord
5, Connected cord to trigger and connected ground
6. Re-installed handle Test ran Saw

Needed new cord and pulley tires

Removed the handle and separated it
Removed the cord clamp
Removed the wires from the switch and the ground wire
Took the cord protector from the old cord to the new cord
Connected the new cord wires to the switch and the ground
Replaced the handles
Removed the old tires from the pulleys
Stretched the new tires onto the pulleys

Bandsaw cord was accidently cut, and wires were showing.

Remove the screws from the switch handle
Remove the cord clamp
Remove the wires from the switch and the ground wire
Connect the cord wires to the switch and screw in the ground wire
Screw in the cord clamp
Install the handle

The cord to the sawzall was frayed and cracked

Took the handle apart disconnected the wires from the switch and had to
separate the wires from the terminals, which was the hardest.
I should have ordered new terminals and the repair would
have been easier, and taken less time.
Then attached the new cord to the switch and attached the handle.
