Product Description ?

This is an OEM sourced replacement part used on Echo and Shindaiwa handheld trimmers. A centrifugal clutch is a part that uses centrifugal force to connect two concentric shafts, with the driving shaft nested inside the driven shaft. Today’s centrifugal clutches will function even when they shouldn’t, far beyond the point of when they need to be replaced. Keeping an eye on equipment performance will determine when the centrifugal clutch requires attention. This high-quality assembly includes a durable metal clutch and the hardware to secure it. A screwdriver and a wrench will be needed to perform this repair. Refer to the appropriate diagrams for your specific model to ensure the proper replacement procedure.

    Shindaiwa trimmer clutch replacement
Fast shipping. Exact part replacement. Old part was worn past the friction material. Trimmer easily dissassembled, part replaced and reassembled. Works great.

Change in website caused me to receive the wrong part.
To order parts, I typed in shindawa C20 bushcutter. I ordered a clutch and throttle cable. I recieved the correct clutch but the wrong throttle cable. My small engine repairman explained to me that replacementparts changed their website in such a way that the customer has to now perform some kind of cross check to confirm getting the correct parts! I suggest going back to the previous ordering process...
