2. removed gas tank and disconnect both fuel lines from carburetor
3. removed fuel lines with gasket / grommet from fuel tank
4. cleaned out fuel tank
5. installed , with new parts , in reversed order .

2 Took photos of pipe connections at blower for reference.
3 Backed clip off vent pipe connection at blower with needle nose pliers
4 Removed fuel and vent lines at blower connections.
5 Removed grommet and pipes from tank
New grommet and pipes came as an assembly
6 Attached new fuel filter to new fuel line (tank end) using new clip and needle nose pliers.
7 Inserted filter and pipes into fuel tank and coaxed grommet into tank opening with wood spudger.
8 Using Qtip, applied thin coat of vaseline to connections at blower.
9 Worked pipes onto blower connections and secured vent pipe with new clip.
10 Filled tank and tested blower, no more leak.
