Stupid owner stepped on the shutoff switch
I was concerned that the shutoff switch that I broke was not going to be available any longer. I had started working on the McGyver plan of adding a toggle switch to replace the broken slider switch. Check the ereplacementspart site and was surprised to find the switch was still available. Usually, in cases like this the whole assembly is offered which makes it cost prohibitive.

Switch was easily replaced by separating the handle halves and unscrewing the broken slider with the new slider.

Spark plug and air filter were easy to change. Fuel filter needed a piece of hanger wire to fish it out of gas tank and changing it was easy. Now my blower starts with one pull.
