    Power cord broken inside insulation, chuck key stripped

    1.- Remove the old quick connect cord from tool
    2.- Install the new quick connect cord to the tool
    3.- Attach new chuck key to the cord

    Chuck needed replace, would not tighten

    Screwdriver, 1/2 inch allen wrench, rubber hammer

    Removed set screw, (left hand threads).
    Then put an allen wrench in Chuck and hit
    with hammer, and removed the Chuck.
    Put new Chuck on .
