I made numerous calls to Briggs and Stratton which resulted in being left on hold. Ereplacement shipped the kit (brass fitting, ball bearing, and tiny spring) promptly. Since the parts were so tiny, I cleaned off my workbench, sat the washer up on the bench, and promptly fumbled the tiny spring into the orifice sideways. CAREFULLY removing the tiny spring with a splinter of wood, I managed to drop it and lose it forever (literally spent hours searching). I then took apart a Zebco 202, and after two tries I managed to get the spring cut down to where the pressure washer would suck the detergent. I am sure that the Zebco spring will deteriorate, but the grandchildren have left enough Zebco 202's laying around that I should be able to cannibalize enough springs to last my lifetime...failing that, the next pressure washer that I purchase will be a brand where someone in customer service MIGHT pick up the phone, unlike my experience with Briggs and Stratton.
