Right part
Correct part for "reasonable" price. However, $7.95 for shipping and handling of a $3.00 part is pretty stiff. The bit holder popped right into place and holds extra bit like it's supposed to.

Chuck, clutch and switch

Screwdriver, Socket set, Long torx bit
1. Removed all screws
2. Separated plastic housing
3. Remove clutch and chuck assembly as one
4. Removed lugs to switch
5. Replaced and reconnected switch
6. Installed clutch assembly
7. Re-attached the housing
8. Verified the switch worked (forward/reverse was main problem)
9. Install bit holder and all screws in housing
10. Installed chuck and reverse thread screw
11. Install bit in bit holder
Ready to go!
