This is a genuine manufacturer supplied replacement drive belt. It is specially designed for Campbell Hausfeld air compressors. This is the main belt that connects the pump and the electric motor. Over time belts tend to stretch and wear out eventually requiring replacement. Please note, this includes one (1) rubber belt.
To replace this drive belt you will only need a screwdriver.
• Make sure to unplug the compressor
• Remove the belt cover
• Remove the old belt
• Clean both drive pulleys
• Install the new belt
• Secure the cover with the screws
• Power the compressor and test the new belt

Replace fan shroud
Retaining bolt on motor pulley loosened allowing pulley to slide on shaft and become misaligned with compressor pulley. This misalignment caused the belt to jump off pulley and tear.

2. Loosen motor pulley lock bolt completely.
3. Apply gear/wheel pulley and pull pulley into alignment with compressor pulley.
4. Check alignment with straight edge.
5. Tighten lock bolt.
6. Loosen motor mount bolts and side motor toward compressor.
7. Install belt, slide motor to tighten belt, tighten mount bolts and install belt shroud.
