This is an authentic OEM part for use with Craftsman Lawn Tractors and Lawn Mowers. The steering wheel adapter connects the steering wheel to the steering shaft. The main reason for replacing the adapter is when the steering wheel will not turn the front wheels. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the steering wheel adapter is a 3/4” socket and a mallet.
