Rope pulley, I just took off the housing for the recoil, Three screws. Then I rewound the coil all the way. Then backed off till the 2 holes lined up with each other. Used a thin screw driver to keep it from moving. Then thread the rope through and tied a knot. cut the excess off with a pair of scissors.
Same thing for the handle.
I hope this helps some one doing a repair. It took about 30 minutes combined for both repairs.
Chute Retainer wore out and belts were cracked.
