Took off the belt cover and replaced belts -- adjusted, put cover back on. Hope I don't have any snow for months

Chute Retainer wore out and belts were cracked.

1. Removed old chute retainer with drill and installed new one.
2. Removed housing over belts.
3. Released pressure from belts & removed belts.
4. Installed new belts.
