Product Description ?

This is an Authentic OEM replacement part that is supplied directly from the original parts manufacturer. This part is compatible with a Ridgid Belt Sander. This timing belt is an original replacement for a faulty or missing belt that was installed new on your unit. Installing a new belt is easy and only requires the use of a screwdriver.

• Unplug the sander
• Remove the dust bag
• Remove the sanding belt from the sander. (Removing the sanding belt will make this process easier)
• Remove belt cover and screws
• Force the old timing belt from the small pulleys first using a screwdriver while at the same time rotate the larger pulley.
• Install the large pulley over the larger pulley first then one small pulley.
• Press the belt onto the other small pulley while at the same time rotating the larger pulley.
• When the new timing belt is on reinstall the belt cover and screws and reinstall the sanding belt.

Keep in mind this part is made of a high-quality durable rubber and is sold as an individual replacement part.
