  • Amazingly simple repair!
I am extremely pleased with the part that I received from your company. It was a perfect match. Moderately priced and arrived very quickly. I was only without my miter saw for less than a week.

    compound miter saw malfunctioning
My compound miter saw was recently not functioning. I diagnosed my unit carefully. Electric was getting to the unit but the trigger switch was 'bad'. I called a local repair shop. Their repair back log was over 4 weeks. I went on-line for options. My search lead me to eReplacement. I contacted customer service. The switch I needed was in stock. The item was shipped same day. Within the week, the replacement switch was delivered. The install was effortless. My unit is now back in service. A TOTALLY Awesome experience. Great customer service. Prompt service. Great customer service using email notifications. John B (Victor NY)

Switch on Hitachi miter saw failed. It would not shut off the saw, leading to a dangerous condition.

Removed the old switch - detached the wires. Hooked the new switch to the old wires (fortunately, I did this one wire at a time since there were no wiring instructions with the switch and it was not obvious which wire went where.) Reassembled the handle. The new switch is working well.

For me, marking wires was essential to make sure new module was correctly rewired.
