Revealed a 4 ( four) pole connection.
Connected the new switch.
Reassembled.

Screwdriver, Torx screwdriver needed to fit screw head.
Parts Used
1. Remove 4 screws at front face of switch.
2. Unplug the 4 wires. 2 black, 2 white, from backside of switch.
3. Reinstall 4 wires to back of new switch (I took a snapshot of 4 wire pattern with my cell phone, as to reconnect wires to proper switch terminals).
4. Reinstall the original 4 screws. Screws don't come with new switch assembly.

3. Reinstall 4 wires to back of new switch (I took a snapshot of 4 wire pattern with my cell phone, as to reconnect wires to proper switch terminals).
