2. Used die grinder to cut off rivets from engine cover to rewinder assembly.
3. Attached new rewinder to engine cover with supplied nuts and bolts.
4. Installed engine cover/rewinder assembly back on to engine.
5. Loosened starter rope stop on the lower handle frame and set new pull starter rope/handle into the stop.
6. Slowly tested pull starter for proper operation.
7. Started motor to check for rewinder operation.
