    Took motor cover off ground off ribbits holding old recoil on. Used bolts provided attached new recoil. Rope was already installed. Reinstalled motor cover and job was complete.

    Removed four bolts and nuts from the old starter assembly and removed it. Installed the new starter with the same nuts and bolts.

    Removed the 4 bolts holding the starter assembly to the mower. then removed the old starter. Then just simply set the new starter assembly on the mower and line up the bolt holes and installed the bolts.
