2. Arrived in a couple of weeks (Hawaii) and slipped it in, screwed it down and plugged it in.
3. Fit perfectly, worked fine.
4. Re-installed the old cover and it was done.

2. Removed the fan holding screw and the old fan.
3. Replaced with the new fan using the same screw.
4. Replaced the cover using the same screw.
