This genuine OEM spray arm is specially designed for dishwashers. It is found at the base of the dishwasher where it is responsible for dispersing water and soap to the dishes placed on the lower rack. Over time the spray arm may break, become dislodged, or clogged with food particles. If the spray arm is compromised, you will likely notice that your dishes are not adequately clean after a wash, and the water spray is weak. You may also hear unusual noises like rattling or scraping. For your safety, turn the dishwasher off before beginning the repair. Remove the lower rack from the dishwasher and remove the fasteners that hold the spray arm in place. Clean the area to ensure a good fit for the new arm and position the new arm over the designated mounting slot, ensuring that the nozzle on the spray arm is facing upwards. Return the lower rack to the appliance to complete the repair.
