Removed rocker arm cover. Removed rocker arm pins. Replaced rocker arms, installed pins. Sealed rocker arm cover.

cracked rocker arm on exhaust valve -- common problem on Honda GCV190 engines

Screwdriver, Socket set, Wrench Set, feeler gage

removed spark plug
removed valve cover
rotated engine to Top Dead Center (TDC)
pulled rocker arm pin (easy) and removed rocker arm
Installed tappet screw and nut on new rocker arm
Installed rocker arm and pin
set gap by adjusting tappet screw and nut (.08 inch for my engine)
checked gap on intake valve (it was fine)
Installed valve cover and spark plug
Easy, peasy

Tappet cracked

I had slip the adjusting bolt o and put the nut to hold it on to the tappet. I slid the pin in place to hold the tappet. Turn the engine to get the piston on top and set the tappet to correct gap. Tighten bolt and put the head cover in place.

Timing not set correctly on pressure washer and caused rocker arm pin to severly ware
