If you're like me i can't justify throwing a Milwaukee tool away. But I'm also aware of not spending more on the fix than replacing the tool. , Had to go and buy a allen set of tamper proof torix.
Brush wires to switch must be in same exact location, no room for error, or drill halves will not close properly. Also all screws except 4 on the end cap are tamper proof #10 torx. Never heard of them all my life and I'm 71 yrs. old!!!!!!! This Milwaukee 18v is a work horse, $200. new, cost $50 for all parts including shipping and expect to get another 3-5 years out of it. Thank you e-replacements for the video and quick delivery. I just ordered another set to repair my partners drill !!!!
