Product Description ?

An authentic replacement seal that is supplied by original tool manufacturer for use with Senco nailers and staplers. This item helps to create an air-tight seal between the piston and the cylinder walls. During normal operation, the piston ring does not actually touch the cylinder wall, a thin film of oil separates the two components. A worn or broken seal will allow combustion gases to escape and enter the crankcase, causing low compression and a loss of power. If compression is reduced significantly, the engine will not run at all. Please note this high-quality plastic seal is sold individually.

    Parts Used
    Removed the four allen screws from the top cover. Found the seal broken in pieces. I then completely cleaned the inside of the stapler and then lubed it. Put the stapler back together. Now it works like new.
