  • Easy to find part i needed for my lawn mower
The part arrived quickly as advertised and repair done and mower works like a new one. Thanks
    Guest - June 22, 2021 Verified Purchase
The parts worked fine and repair was simple
The reason my rating is not higher is that I paid extra for three day deliver, which ended up taking 8 days from the day of order. The ability to bring this issue to the company is an automation headache with leaving messages and sending electronic messages. I decided to just eat the cost and take that into consideration next time I order, if there is a next time.

Hardest part was reaching between deck and mower frame. But was less time consuming than dropping and pulling deck out. Used pliers to unhook tension spring then removed pulleys. Similar step to replace.
