    LH bracket broke causing roller to fold.under deck

    Removed old screws, damaged nose roller, RH & remaining LH brackets. Placed new brackets, nose roller and shaft all together. Then used new screws to anchor to mower deck.

    It is 15 years old. The deck and some components were worn out.

    Replaced the deck with new one. Also replaced belts, blades, guage wheels and nose roller.
    I had to repair the chassis where the anti sway bar attaches with a piece of 2" angle bolted in place.

    Removed the deck from under the mower. Welded holes in the brackets retapped the holes for the roller rod. Replaced with the new roller and the rod.

    Nose roller came off mower and was chewed up by mower blade.

    Removed the brackets from the mower deck. since one seemed bent, I ordered both left and right replacements and replaced all parts associated with the roller. Replaced the parts and works just like it was designed.
