    Trigger seal was bad. Impact wrench would continue to run when air was applied without trigger being pulled

    Tool Type

    Tools Used

    Screwdriver, Seal picks, Allen wrenches, needlenose plyers

    Remove 4 Allen screws to nose cone (anvil)
    Don’t remove the anvil out of cone
    Remove washers and top bearing
    Pull rotor with veins
    Pull rotor housing to get to lower bearing
    Assembly in reverse order
    Kit comes with new rotor veins
    Replace top bearing
    And gasket
    Install anvil housing and tighten Allen bolts
    Remove air fitting assembly
    Pull the trigger needle out under spring
    Use pick to remove seal
    Reassemble in reverse order
