Product Description ?

This replacement regulator/manifold assembly is specially designed for Dewalt air compressors. It is a genuine OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket imitation. The purpose of this part is to adjusts the pressure of the air coming from the tank to the desired level. This kit includes a metal regulator body, (2) gauges, a brass quick connect fitting and a plastic regulator knob. To complete this repair you will need set of wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers and a thread sealing tape.

    There was a bad o ring seal in my regulator knob and my compressor would not hold air and run constantly.

    I removed the two screw on the front panel. Used pliers to remove the hose clamp on the hose. Removed old regulator valve and installed new one using the 2 screws. Installed the hose and then used 2 zip ties to keep the hose on as I had previously damaged the hose clamp.

    1. Removed the retainer hose clamp.
    2. Removed the mounting stews to the regulator.
    3. Assembled in the reverse order.

    Could not adjust out flow air pressure/ manifold had constant leak

    Adjustable Wrench, Allen head socket

    1 Removed face plate and manifold/regulator ( 6 Allen head screws )
    2 Removed air inlet hose ( 1 hose clamp)
    3 Attached air inlet hose to new manifold ( 1 new hose clamp)
    4 Attached manifold and face plate (6 allen head screws)
    5 Remove leaking ball valve
    6 Install new ball valve
    7 Works perfectly!

    regulator adjustment knob leaked

    Removed the mounting/cover plate. de-attached the feeder hose and removed the regulator/manifold. took new part attached the feeder hose. and replaced the mounting/cover plate.

    Main housing busted, adjustment knob pulled apart

    Drained air pressure at tank, removed the star screws, removed clamp at air hose at air manifold, removed air disconnects. Reverse order to reassemble.
