Before this repair I never knew there was such a thing as an Oetiker clamp. Well that is what this is called but good luck finding one at the hardware store. This was the exact replacement part I needed to replace the regulator and my only wish that I went to ereplacement parts first!!

the switch went bad

I removed the old switch, removed the air line and clamp, replaced the pressure switch , clamp, and safety valve only because it was old and didn't trust it.
the compressor now runs like new.
