My compressor does not show a build up of pressure on either of the gages, I turn the regulator either direction and it does not make any difference.

Installed new rubber foot. Installed new air filter on intake. Replaced regulator with new one because to old knob was missing. Very easy to replace. Didn't take long at all. Fast shipping. Very pleased with parts and selection.
