Height adjustment crank shaft was bent.

Wrench Set, A punch and a hammer to remove the roll pin
1. Removed the connectors from the height adjustment.
2. Removed the roll pin from the bottom of the crank.
3. Removed the connectors from the adjustment crank.
4. Reversed the procedure.
5. Installed the new spinner and the nut.
