    ..Better than OEM
..Take the E-clip off the F-N-R side. Push it in and this will give you some wiggle room from the battery compartment. i put a couple of spot welds on the Hub and the pulley. This made getting the nut on easier. The parts were better that OEM. Happy camper here and will order from them again...!!

Easy to repair if you follow this tip
The repair was easy to accomplish once I followed this step. I had to loosen the 4 bolts that attach the transmission to the chassis to get space to take the pulley off. Don;t forget to put the belt back on before you tighten the screws.

    Quick and easy
Shipping was quick, the pulley was new in the bag and it even included the nut. My original was undamaged, but it was nice to put the new one on for a completely fresh install.

Trying to remove nut off of transmission pulley. It turns but the threaded shaft it is on spins also. Does this mean the tranny is shot?

Hello Ross, Thank you for your inquiry. According to our video for replacing this part, which you can view here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bu0SenEHpuU , you may need to hold the transmission pulley in place with a screwdriver to keep it from turning the shaft. Good luck with your repair.

    1. Remove battery and straps that the battery sits on for access to the transmission pulley,
    2. Place screw driver through hole in the pulley to secure and remove the nut on top of the pulley.
    3. Remove the two springs on the idler assembly to release pressure on belt.

    8 Replace transmission hub.
8 Replace the transmission pulley and put belt back in place on the pulley.
9 Replace and tighten nup on top of pulley.
10 Tighten the two bolts on right axle that were loosened for clearance and remove jack.
11 Replace two springs on iddler assembly.
12 Replace battery hanger straps and battery.
